In today's world where often times the customer is the last person considered, your staff did an outstanding job and put customer service in a new light.
From little things like coming down in the morning and knocking on the door when I didn't answer my wake up call, to a tray of cheese and crackers on my birthday, your staff has garnered a place in my heart.
